The whole Anthrax story was a big scare and there is no need to go into detail. But the crazy thing about the whole situation is is that it was not terrorist trying to attack the United States. what it really was was a crazy scientist in the US whos buisness was lacking so he wriged the letter in order to make his field more popular.
