Everyone has their own constitutional rights, obviously. If people want to do tobacco products then let them. Its them who are going to seet he consequences in the long run. Raising Tobacco taxes as uppossed to others however seems unfair to me. Its discriminating against people who have made a different choice than others may choose. Its not good for you, but neither is fast food, neither is candy, neither is alchohol yet all these things are not seeing a greater tax increase. Just let the dippers and smokers be. In the long run its really not that big of a deal its just a way some people deal with their stress. Maybe if we werent paying so many millions of dollars on prisoners on death row then this wouldnt even be an issue. Stupid Government. Tobacco is not a big deal get over it.

The whole Anthrax story was a big scare and there is no need to go into detail. But the crazy thing about the whole situation is is that it was not terrorist trying to attack the United States. what it really was was a crazy scientist in the US whos buisness was lacking so he wriged the letter in order to make his field more popular. This just goes to show that people will do anything to get ahead these days. Whatever happened to the good ol days when people did things for the greater good? rediculous
